- The invitations on our website have been altered to provide the most accurate colour, but please note that colour quality varies from each individual computer. So Pretty in Print will not be held accountable for colours that were not anticipated by the consumer. If there are any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us for verification on our colour availabilities.
- Prices of invitations and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice.
- We will attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing; however we are unable to warrant that the descriptions, colour, and pricing remain accurate, complete, current or error free.
Copyright
- All content included on this site – text, invitation designs, images, and graphics are customized for So Pretty in Print and are protected under copyright laws. This property may only be used for browsing and acquiring products from So Pretty in Print Invitations.
PayPal
- PayPal is the safest and easiest way to pay online. You can use your credit card or debit card without exposing your card number to So Pretty in Print.
- So Pretty in Print is an authorized account holder of PayPal and maintains and abides by all agreements within their Private Policies.
- So Pretty in Print reserves the right to refuse a payment over the phone or in person if we suspect a fraudulent cardholder.
Security
- So Pretty in Print is secured by providing the highest level of encryption and security possible. You can be certain that communications between your browser and our site’s web servers are private and secure.
Preferred Associates
- Links provided in our preferred associates section are intended to help with information that is relative to our website and to the wedding industry. By clicking on the links, you will be transferred to that website. Although So Pretty in Print strives to offer reputable links, we can not be held responsible for other website actions once you have left our website.
General
- So Pretty in Print reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy Statement without notification. The statements on this website will always be the latest and will override any prior Privacy Policy Statements in any other form.
Sales
- Booking Deposits are non-refundable
- Once So Pretty in Print receives your deposit we will place the order for all your materials to ensure all your selections arrive on time
- Order reductions of more than 10% will not be accepted within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
- Order changes, such as cardstock colour, ribbon colour, and/or accessories will not be accepted if your order selections have already been purchased by So Pretty in Print. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes, but we will not be held responsible nor honour a refund if the changes cannot be implemented.
- All orders will receive an Order Confirmation via email to verify card styles, colours, font styles, quantity, price, and pick-up date.
- Your order requires a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking and So Pretty in Print reserves the right to delay the process of your order until payment has been accepted. Please note that production time will commence and be liable for fulfillment only once the deposit has been received.
- All efforts will be made by So Pretty in Print to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking. However, So Pretty in Print will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of unavailability or a rush order (which is 4 months or earlier).
- Upon printing any order, the consumer will be emailed a Proof Approval Agreement which authorizes So Pretty in Print to proceed with the printing process. (see Proof Approval for further terms and conditions)
- Orders will not be shipped or granted pick up until the remaining deposit is received through PayPal or at our office.
Refunds/Exchanges
- Because of the nature of handcrafted and customized designs, refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted on any orders.
Minimum Order
- There is no minimum order; however, if you require less than 75 invitations you will be required to pay an additional $120.00 towards your order for printing charges. Depending on the complexity of the design, it is to the discretion of So Pretty in Print to charge or wave this printing fee.
Consultations
- All first consultations are complimentary. Any additional consultations are subject to a $150.00 charge. You should plan to facilitate this 4-6 months before you mail out your invitations to ensure you obtain all of your first selections.
Samples
- Ordering a sample is a great idea so you can view the quality of our designs. Please contact us at 1-866-575-7787 or email us at info@soprettyinprint.com. Please note that the cost of each sample is $25.00 and we will make all efforts to provide you with the colours of your choice.
Delivery
- A delivery date will be confirmed at the time of your order and/or deposit date.
- All shipping expenses are paid by the consumer at the time of shipping.
- The cost of shipping varies due to the size of the order; as well as the collection your order was selected from. All shipping expenses are due when your shipment arrives to your address or at your nearest post office.
- It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to provide us with the accurate delivery address. Should you provide the wrong address, we are not liable for any re-shipping costs.
- You will be provided with a tracking number which is easy accessible through the internet so you can remain updated on the arrival of your order. You will be able to view each destination your order is arriving at along with the time and expected arrival.
- So Pretty in Print will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
